You will support the quality team with the day to day departmental systems and functions, co-ordinating departmental data management and analysis. Improve product quality through continuous improvement and other quality tools. Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the successful design, implementation and delivery into our products. This may include technically leading small multi-disciplinary teams and therefore the candidate must show an aptitude for directing and coordinating project activities and have strong communication/interpersonal skills.

You will gain valuable experience across our Sensor systems and Seaeye business units working on cutting edge radar and underwater robotics technology. This is a structured 2-year programme designed to provide a range of experience and understanding across our core engineering disciplines.

You will complete four 6-month rotations at our main Campus in Fareham.
