You will be required to work a minimum of 10 hours per month

You will be working on Multiple exciting Projects at the Old Leake, Boston and reporting into Engineering Manager. Role Accountabilities - Responsible to the project sponsor for the end-to-end delivery of projects. - Establish a structure and plan for managing the requirements of CDM, Safety, Health & Environment, and contractor control throughout the duration for the project.

You will step into the Managers role during their absence, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the home. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): - Leadership & Management: Lead, support, and supervise the care team, providing clear guidance and covering for the Home Manager when required.
