You will have broad exposure across the business, working closely with concept design, engineering, and operations teams across multiple projects. This is a hands-on role where you will influence how new products are built from start to finish.

You will lead the creation and development of core manufacturing deliverables for each new model, including:

You will shape the core technical direction of A1 - model selection, training strategy, infrastructure, and long-term architecture.

You will have full autonomy to experiment with frontier models (LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen, Claude-compatible architectures) and build new approaches where existing ones fall short.

You will be required to carry out all works in accordance with the lift manufacturers' specification and safety procedures and you should be available to participate in a roster system to provide 24-hour standby service, which will include some Bank Holidays.

You will also be required to be available to travel to other parts of the Channel Islands by Air or Sea, to work as required by the Company.
