You will ensure procedures and timescales are adhered to, interjecting during the meeting to keep the chairperson on track or refer to procedures if necessary, and will take detailed notes on a laptop.

You will make sure that everything is in place to guarantee that all runs smoothly for the processes and teams you support.

You will work within the OFG pyramid model of clinical delivery, working in an MDT to target support at a whole school level where possible.

You will be supported by the standards team and the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.

You will also contribute to staff training and consultation as required.

You will lead a dedicated pastoral team, support staff in implementing school policies, and provide direct intervention for pupils who require additional emotional or behavioural support. Key Responsibilities - Lead and develop the school’s pastoral team under the guidance of the Senior Leadership Team
