You will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience of producing well‐developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

You will lead fault-finding activities, issue investigations, and improvement projects, while also conducting failure mode analyses to identify opportunities for enhancement.

You will also produce detailed reports, provide accurate daily updates to management, and interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

You will manage all aspects of the service to ensure the highest quality standards of treatment and care. We want you to lead, motivate and develop your multidisciplinary team – empowering them to perform to their potential when supporting residents. We have ambitious plans for the future.
