You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a defined territory, developing relationships with end customers, consultants, integrators, and channel partners within the data centre ecosystem. The role blends strategic account development with hands-on opportunity management, selling integrated infrastructure solutions across power, cooling, cabinets, and monitoring.

You will also line manage Neurodiversity and Reading Specialists and promote corporate values and compliance throughout the department. Key Responsibilities: Quality Leadership & Assurance - Drive the Quality Cycle across the department as the lead quality manager. - Plan and lead annual lesson observation cycles, blended learning reviews, deep dives, and learning walks.

You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding, and full compliance with Ofsted and Childrens Home Regulations. Your focus will be on providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive, while supporting the Registered Manager in leading and developing a skilled staff team.

You will be responsible for setting and maintaining world class standards throughout the clinic.
