You will be the first point of contact for families and prospective parents answering any enquiries through emails and telephone calls.

You should be able to work as part of a team and be able to undertake the tasks outlined within the role profile.

You will liaise closely with the Depute Head of Centre to assist in the smooth operational running of the EYC.

You will assist in all areas of service delivery but will be primarily based within the Young People’s section, delivering services to nurseries and centres and operating as Bookbug Co-ordinator.

You should have good communications skills and be able to drive our smaller delivery vans when required.

You will be required to assist in the provision of material, welding, heat treatment and NDT advice and procedures to our operational sites in the UK and overseas; to assist with the review of internal and external welding related documentation; maintain strong client working relationships and develop working relationships with site personnel.

You will contribute to the achievement of agreed service objectives, by carrying out a variety of clerical duties to support the service.
