Assistant Centre Manager jobs in Wimbledon

You will play a key role in anticipating and identifying customer needs, maximising the use of available resources, and ensuring the department operates efficiently and effectively. The role also involves motivating and supporting the team to achieve business objectives while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will be experienced in working within a busy restaurant environment, this may of been as a Supervisor or an Assistant Manager.

You will be able to deliver shift briefings to large teams, manage the flow of the restaurant in order to deliver great guest experiences and work alongside the team maintaining the brand standards.
