You will take full responsibility for the electrical elements of the project, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely delivery. Reporting to senior management, you’ll coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors, manage programme and cost control, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will also be working with external clients, co ordinating building regulations and accessing risks attached to land purchases. As an experience Pre-Construction Project Manager, you will have proven project delivery but more specifically within the pre-construction of a project.

You will be experienced in pre-construction, programming, and planning of projects prior to being on site.

You will coordinate internal teams and external consultants, drive value engineering, and secure planning approvals where required. Key responsibilities include developing client relationships, supporting bid submissions, negotiating strategic packages, and delivering robust pre-construction programmes.
