You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate user insights and business requirements into functional, elegant interfaces that enhance usability and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

You will have responsibility to lead/manage a group of Senior Managers, with delegated principal contractor responsibility for delivery of scope including Enabling works, Major Civils, Networks and Buildings. The role will entail management of a matrix team of wider disciplines forming the project Area Management Delivery team eg: the SZC quality team, safety team and suppliers.

You will act as the bridge between engineering, safety case authors, and the site delivery teams—ensuring that any proposed changes are properly assessed against licence conditions and approved through the appropriate governance routes. This is not a traditional Health & Safety role.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day operational flow of the business.

You will help maintain accurate stock and inventory records across all sales channels, with a particular focus on Amazon.

You will build and maintain weekly Excel-based sales reports and update the business dashboard / scorecard.

You will report to the Maintenance Group Head and ensure that all clerical and administrative duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with site requirements. Key Responsibilities Place and manage orders for consumables, PPE, and other required materials. Provide general clerical support including document filing, archiving, and meeting coordination.
