You will be required to provide basic administrative tasks to maintain accurate records and an efficient service. You are an empathetic and passionate individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills who can demonstrate a good knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

You will need NVQ 2 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards this qualification.

You will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance, identifying opportunities, managing risk and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.

You will be involved in pre-construction and the procurement of subcontractor packages.

You will also be required to liaise with a range of other teams working on the project and to ensure everything is on track.

You will need to have experience of covering all areas of the project from procurement through to agreeing valuations for sub-contractors and dealing with any problems quickly and efficiently.

You will be based on site with a Junior QS assisting you and should have a proven background of delivering projects under budget and working with sub-contractors to ensure the project runs smoothly.

You will personally review, reconcile, and finalise the financial outputs, ensuring deadlines are met and the board receives timely, accurate information to drive key business decisions.

You will report directly to the board of directors and work closely with the property management and development teams to maintain full financial control of all ongoing projects, investments, and operations.

You will be required to complete a multi-account bank reconciliation project – using QuickBooks.
