You will work across a varied portfolio of infrastructure projects, typically ranging from £1m to £20m+ in value, and will be given structured support, mentoring and training to continue your professional development.

You will be responsible for: - Leading commercial delivery across multiple residential projects. - Managing and mentoring Senior QS, QS and Assistant QS staff. - Overseeing budgets, forecasts, CVRs and commercial reporting. - Driving procurement strategy and subcontractor negotiations.

You will be ideally chartered or working toward and have experience working in either residential or commercial developments or both.
