You will provide high-level executive support to the CEO, acting as their primary point of contact internally and externally, ensuring the CEOs time is managed efficiently, enabling strategic focus and effective leadership.

You will represent the CEO professionally as the face and voice of the executive office.

You will support residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.

You will also care for their psychological and social needs promoting independence and personal choice, whilst encouraging them to take part in the wide range of activities that Erskine have to offer.

You must enjoy working with older people and understand their needs; be an effective communicator, showing a professional and courteous manner to residents, relatives, carers, health professionals and other agencies; be able to work on your own initiative and be flexible and adaptable with the capacity to learn and apply new skills.

You must have a basic understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act and have experience of providing cleaning services within a non-domestic environment.

You should also have experience of using a variety of cleaning/equipment and products and be able to work unsupervised.
