You will interact with and support the Account Management team in supervising a team of cleaning staff across your designated site(s).

You will build effective relationships and ensure that employees are working productively and safely.

You will work closely with the site teams to ensure excellent service delivery and that our clients have a better day, every day.

You will manage and motivate a team of domestic staff, ensuring cleaning standards meet contractual and infection control requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise and deploy domestic staff, creating weekly rotas and managing workloads. Monitor cleaning standards and take remedial action where necessary.

You will also be required to provide 2 professional references covering at least the last 2 years, and complete our online application followed by a video or face to face interview. You will be working within the safeguarding team, a dynamic team, taking a lead on service improvement for the Learning Disabilities & Autism service across BHRUT's two hospital sites.

You will be expected to deputise in the absence of the Lead Nurse Learning Disabilities & Autism and also provide direct line management to the Learning Disability & Autism Nurse.

You will have opportunity to work alongside qualified staff and independently to gain specialist clinical skills working with client's who have spinal pathology requiring management in a spinal orthosis. The post-holder will be delivering clinical and non‐clinical care working in the acute inpatient areas across both BHRUT sites outpatient and community settings.

You will also be part of our call centre and reception team. The ideal candidate will need to be excellent on customer service, flexible, adaptable and a good team player but also be able to work on their own. You may be required to work anywhere within the Radiology Departments across all sites of the Trust.

You will be familiar with the assessment of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical, cognitive and psychological health conditions within elderly and medical specialties in order to develop and deliver treatment and discharge plans.

You will be supported in your role directly by the Clinical Specialist OT.
