You will undertake basic preparation of food and beverages, simple cooking, general kitchen and dining room duties, including serving customers, cash handling, washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables and cleaning of the kitchen, its surrounds and equipment.

You will provide robust support within the Glasgow office as part of the Workplace Facilities Management Team. This is a pivotal support role and will bear a significant impact on external and internal clients and visitor experience within the office environment. In this role, you will be providing a 'front of house' service to visitors and staff and assist with administrative tasks if required.

You should actively engage in keeping up to date with industry developments, trends, and best practices. Strong knowledge and skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office application, particularly Excel and the ability to manage time effectively, balance competing priorities, and complete administrative tasks.

You will also be responsible for the following: - Pre-operative testing; conducting tests prior to examination and treatment and assisting during the consent appointment process, including providing information to patients prior to their IOL or LVC procedure.

You will also assist the Associate Director and Partner in client work, the management of the group and on occasions the wider VAT practice. A key part of the role requires the individual to actively seek, and keep the Associate Director and Partner informed about, any new business opportunities arising on existing and new clients.
