You will get to know our residents and their families – helping to ensure we deliver truly personalised care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and you’ll be a real influence on the rest of the team.

You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and parents to ensure the child receives tailored support that meets their unique needs. What You'll Be Doing as SEN Teaching Assistant - Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a KS1 student with SEN. - Implement personalised strategies to support academic and emotional development.

You will work alongside qualified members of staff to offer high end therapy assessments and treatments meeting the needs of the service user.

You will play a vital role in their intervention following surgery and supporting the rehabilitation ward. Weekend working will be required.
