Assistant Grocery Manager jobs in Hackney

You will take management of a National Account Executive who will support you day to day, alongside work with one of the best Sales Directors in FMCG, you will really learn a lot from them!

You will own key UK grocery accounts end to end, shaping joint business plans, negotiating listings and ranges, driving promotional strategy and building long term partnerships.

You will be the person retailers trust to represent the brand and the person internally who makes sure the brand shows up brilliantly on shelf.

You will feedback any updates internally in real time to generously keep the team and cross functions looped in so they can apply these updates on their side.

You will drive the brand’s market share within the Mexican and World Foods category, ensuring the business remains competitive, profitable, and ambitious in its growth targets.

You will naturally capture the distinctiveness of the Gran Luchito 'Great Little Fighter' brand, and lead the sales team whilst embodying our core values of being nimble, authentic, progressive, and inclusive.

You will be great at building retail relationships and will have high energy and drive. The willingness to get stuck in, creating the go to market strategy, be a key part of the team working closely with the SLT. And of course, being an SME – not being adverse to rolling your sleaves up and being open to helping with events and packing the odd box here and there!
