You will be responsible for leading, developing and inspiring your team, in an environment where product knowledge is really important to our customer who often has a real passion for the outdoors. You will be the “Responsible Person” on site in the absence of the Quarry Manager. Key Responsibilities

You will be interacting with business sensitive information throughout the day. It is a requirement to ensure that this is kept private. ü Significant experience in engineering management within the PCV/HGV or related transport sector. ü Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

You will also take ownership of shop displays to highlight promotions and store offers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers over the phone and face-to-face. - Stock Management: Handle stock in and out, including order processing, picking and packing, store transfers, and stock control.

You will learn about care delivery and planning, medication management, working within a close team, and to develop communication skills. There is a lot of focus on activity and providing opportunities for residents to go out into the local community with support and continue hobbies and interests supported by staff.
