You will lead by example and inspire our retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.

You will ensure retail colleagues are trained to the highest of standards whilst having the ability to take corrective action when necessary. The successful candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude towards their role.

You will have a good knowledge of biodiversity legislation, policy, mitigation and enhancements to provide expert advice to colleagues, applicants and the general public on a wide range of planning applications and pre-application enquires, ensuring the Council meets its statutory requirements.

You will ideally bring experience from a housekeeping or domestic cleaning role, along with a basic understanding of infection control, COSHH, and compliance standards. As someone who is friendly and approachable, you will forge enduring professional relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families.
