You will deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across a range of qualifications including NCFE CACHE, and T Level Health, with a focus on applied science, anatomy and physiology, and person-centred care.

You will contribute to curriculum development, support learners through their academic journey, and bring real-world insight into the classroom.

You will be teaching a combination of Study Skills modules (at Level 3) and/or Business modules (at Level 4), as part of our partnership with University of Suffolk (UoS), helping adult learners from diverse backgrounds achieve long-term success. Due to our delivery model, we require flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings and at weekends.

You will be expected to go to campus 3‐4 days a week to suit the student timetable.

You must be positive and empathetic to dealing with student issues, ensuring we further engage students with their studies and ensuring positive student outcomes.

You must have a master's degree or equivalent professional qualification in a subject relevant to the teaching area.

You will hold a Master's degree in relevant subject area (PhD desirable)

You will have previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area

You will have successful track record of teaching adult learners from diverse backgrounds on HE programmes

You will have proven experience of providing individual and group study skills support in response to identified learning needs
