You will also liaise very closely with the wider Guest Services & Accommodation Team to manage any issues proactively that arise to ensure we can try and improve the experience for the guest.

You will be part of the site leadership team on a large, multi-phase residential development of approximately 400 homes over several years. The scheme includes a mix of open market and affordable housing, with a combination of traditional build and timber frame construction.

You will support the reception and restaurant department with the day-to-day operation.

You will monitor guest trends and develop the service offering at the hotel to improve profitability.

You will form part of the duty manager rota, and partake In shifts as scheduled by the Hotel Manager.

You must have a right to work in the UK. Hold a current PSV driving licence as you will be required to drive a bus on the public highway to a local fuel station to re-fuel the vehicles.
