Assistant Manager Finance jobs in Reading

You will need to be a British Citizen and able to pass DV clearance.

You will lead a small team of finance professionals, ensuring high-quality financial outputs, strong governance, and effective business partnering. This role suits someone who can get into the detail quickly while guiding an established team through change.

You will also support in offering analysis and supporting the budget and forecasting processes.

You will have demonstrable experience working within a senior finance position, within a complex organisation with multiple entities/cross boarder environments.

You will be dynamic, with the ability to wear several different hats and to get involved with some ad-hoc, non financial duties.

You will receive a comprehensive induction, training, and awareness sessions to support your effectiveness in the role - A commitment to provide the time (circa 20 days per annum) and energy required is essential.
