You will be responsible for providing advice on people related issues in line with UK and Irish legislation, Company policies and best practice.

You will also be working in partnership with Line Managers / Team Leads on topics like performance management, absence management, resourcing, employee development and employee relations.

You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership while also being hands‐on in implementing HR practices that support our growth and values.
