You will play a key role in anticipating and identifying customer needs, maximising the use of available resources, and ensuring the department operates efficiently and effectively. The role also involves motivating and supporting the team to achieve business objectives while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will work closely with SEN teachers, therapists and support staff to deliver a pupil-centred approach that prioritises communication, sensory engagement, wellbeing and independence. Key Responsibilities: - Provide specialist 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with PMLD, in line with EHCPs and personalised learning programmes

You will work closely with the class teacher to support learning, manage behaviour and provide targeted interventions on a 1:1 and small group basis. The ideal SEMH Teaching Assistant will be patient, resilient and confident managing behaviour in a specialist setting.

You will be on site, seeing patients, prescribing, doing structured medication reviews and taking real ownership of your clinics.

You will be running medication reviews and optimisation clinics, dealing with acute and repeat prescribing, supporting long term condition management and helping reduce GP workload in a meaningful way.

You will also take part in our out of hours on call rota for managers.

You will support the Service Manager to ensure high quality service delivery, being a key contact for staff, helping them feel supported, skilled, and empowered within their roles.
