You will be working with a team of rehabilitation support workers alongside a multi-disciplinary team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists and speech and language therapists.

You will need to be adaptable, flexible, mature and be able to support our people to gain back their independence through empowerment, active support, positive risk-taking and out of the box thinking. You will be able to manage risks and vulnerabilities whilst promoting social inclusion and maximising the opportunities for the people you support.
