assistant project worker jobs in Somerset

You will be joining an established and well-respected Tier 1 civil engineering contractor delivering environmental projects in the South West of England. This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Bridgwater depot with hybrid working and site visits (along the M5 corridor, Bristol to Torquay) as and when required.

You will also need to attend events, find creative ways to engage young people across Sedgemoor, and evaluate sessions by recording outcomes.

You will have a sensitive hands-on approach to help meet the specific needs of the brothers and sisters staying with us, by providing activities and opportunities for play, as well as emotional support and bereavement care when needed. Our sibling team focus specifically on ensuring the brothers and sisters stay is a positive and happy experience.
