You will report to the Maintenance Group Head and ensure that all clerical and administrative duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with site requirements. Key Responsibilities Place and manage orders for consumables, PPE, and other required materials. Provide general clerical support including document filing, archiving, and meeting coordination.

You will have responsibility to lead/manage a group of Senior Managers, with delegated principal contractor responsibility for delivery of scope including Enabling works, Major Civils, Networks and Buildings. The role will entail management of a matrix team of wider disciplines forming the project Area Management Delivery team eg: the SZC quality team, safety team and suppliers.

You will work autonomously while contributing as part of a collaborative, supportive clinical team.

You will also have the opportunity to lead on key disease areas and assist in developing healthcare services.

You will be responsible for providing medical services to the practice population, delivering excellent clinical care while complying with Leiston Surgery policies and protocols.

You should be confident in leading teams, overseeing site delivery, and handling commercial aspects including budgets and programme management. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to mentor and support staff in a collaborative environment.

This role will be employed by G4S but will hold duty responsibility for Sizewell C (SZC), therefore be an integral part of the client team.
