You will handle everything from managing shift operations in our busy, fast-paced environment to conducting administrative tasks, liaising with Chefs, Management, and Suppliers. You will work alongside the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care and support for children who have suffered trauma and may struggle to manage their emotions and behaviour in healthy ways. Your leadership will ensure that children’s needs are met and that the team is fully supported in delivering exceptional care.

You will train the team to become passionate & experienced stylists, exceed KPI targets and work together to achieve incredible results.

You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients and will have responsibility for ensuring that all associated work for them is completed accurately and efficiently.

You must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it

You will complete an online driving risk assessment as part of your interview and, if youre successful, therell be a driving assessment when you join us

You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
