You will take responsibility for day-to-day shift operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently met. This is a hands-on role, combining technical injection moulding expertise with people leadership and continuous improvement responsibilities.

You will play a key part in ensuring the garage consistently meets Peak Vehicle Requirement (PVR), operates within core KPI metrics, and maintains regulatory and safety compliance. This is a development‐focused position with a clear pathway toward becoming an Assistant Engineering Manager.

You will be working Monday – Thursday 13:30-22:00 and Friday 11:30- 20:00 Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000.
