You should have a good general standard of education, further education or qualifications would be advantageous.

You will be engaging with our customers providing exceptional service and support, resolving technical problems and exploring additional requirements.

You will be responsible for setting up, programming, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to repair, modify, and recondition parts in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.

You will ensure that customer and project requirements are achieved efficiently and accurately, delivering high-quality repaired components that meet NOV’s performance and quality standards.

You will play a key role in the complete sales process, from initial enquiry through to project handover.

You will be responsible for a range of specifications, calculations, reports, and drawings for key projects, and managing programmes to help drive innovation and sustainability while keeping safety as a priority. By working proactively with the rest of the design team, we will help contribute towards the government target of NETzero.

You will be detail oriented by nature and whilst professional qualifications are not essential, consideration will be afforded to those Part Qualified or indeed looking to commence their studies. On a daily basis your responsibilities will include: Assist with the production of monthly management accounts.

You will collaborate with service engineers, technical teams, and peers to ensure that documentation accurately records the validations and verifications required for equipment certification. Your strong attention to detail and communication skills in English will be critical in ensuring documents are correctly structured, properly named, filed, and ready to support certification processes.
