You will navigate complex financial markets, manage risk, ensure compliance, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.

You will be required to visit our Blackburn office, located at BB1, approximately once a week following the initial induction.

You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday (occasional evening or weekend working depending on business needs).

You will manage Technical Accounts team which currently has 16 members and is responsible for providing financial accounting services (balance sheet reconciliations, VAT, capital, charitable funds) to the client organisations.

You will be working at a fast pace and to strict deadlines and therefore good organisational and multitasking skills as well as strong work ethics are essential.
