You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Psychological Practice Ways of Working.

You will be given responsibility for holding a psychological caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to school development, staff training and consultation as required.

You will be a qualified professional RMN and have experience of working with people with dementia and/or mental health disorders and be able to manage a caseload under the Care Programme Approach placing the person at the centre of care in a busy but rewarding role. The ability to work in partnership with carers/family members and services in the community is essential.

You will bring strong communication skills, an ability to use your own initiative and a flexible approach suited to a busy and rewarding school environment.

You will support pupils with their academic progress as well as their SEMH development, helping them thrive throughout the school day.
