You will play a key role in the continued growth of a large, established UK employment team, advising on the full spectrum of employment law matters.

You will work on complex, meaningful matters spanning renewables, energy, major infrastructure and transport, supported by a rapidly expanding Real Estate platform.

You will gain exposure to a broad range of matters, including renewable energy, transportation, major infrastructure, regeneration and public sector developments.

You will join the firm’s Personal Injury team, handling a varied caseload of pre-litigation and litigated claims. The role offers responsibility appropriate to experience, with supervision and support from senior solicitors and partners, and clear scope for development.

You should have substantial experience within health and safety, including machinery safety, COSHH, DSEAR, ISO 45001and preferably H&S auditing.

You should be comfortable presenting to diverse audiences, with an ability to manage conflicting requirements and effectively transfer skills and knowledge to others.

You will provide commercially-oriented advice to both employer and employee clients, lead and progress matters from instruction through to resolution or litigation, and contribute to the development and growth of the team and the wider firm.

You will be responsible for: - Advising government (local, regional, national, international) on how to decarbonise transport in line with carbon budgets and net zero - Collaborating with other teams in our Mobility business and other Disciplines to identify the optimal solutions for addressing the decarbonisation challenge and their associated impacts

You will be a skilled, enthusiastic individual to join our growing R&D Tax Service Line. The firm works with clients of all sizes, from start-ups to large corporates, assisting them in preparing claims for Research & Development tax relief across various sectors, including manufacturing, engineering, life sciences, software, and digital technologies.

You will join a new patient base of 2,000 patients (dependent on sessions worked) with the associated caps and cons that will be ready for your agreed start date. A joining bonus may also be payable.

You will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships via Intermediary partners. The role will require you to maintain existing client relationships and importantly identify new clients' relationships through key origination tactics and networks.

You will deliver net revenue growth by focusing on achieving the Intermediary team's net sales target.
