Associate Solicitor jobs in Aberdeen

You will be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters including: - Assisting on complex sale, purchase, development, and funding transactions - Handling commercial lease transactions - Providing general commercial conveyancing advice - Supervising and mentoring junior team members

You will be trusted to run matters independently, think commercially, and deliver work to a high standard with minimal supervision. Commercial contracts experience is an advantage, but strong corporate capability is essential. The work is varied, often complex, and frequently cross-border.

You will have a varied workload of Private Client work which will include advising on all aspects of executry and trust administration, Wills and Powers of Attorney and providing succession planning, asset protection and tax mitigation advice.

You will have a passion for private client work and a client centred approach.
