You will be responsible for the safe and correct diagnosis of faults, removal, repair, test, implementation, and operation of all aspects of audio-visual, video conference, display, and presentation technologies. You will confidently support product demonstrations, assist with sales activities, and provide high-quality barista service, ensuring that both the gallery and café environments operate smoothly and reflect KEF’s premium brand standards.

You will act as an ambassador for KEF’s values, culture, and customer-first approach.
