You will work alongside a lead / snr engineer acting as a sponge, developing both your hands on skills and your programming skills.

You will be sent on all relevant training courses to make sure you have a thorough and in depth understanding of kit and systems that you will be working with.

You will act as the primary bridge between Astreya and client leadership, driving growth, maintaining rigorous service levels, and evolving the service offering to meet the changing needs of the enterprise. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Operational Excellence

You will be responsible for managing multiple high value AV installation projects simultaneously. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless project delivery, client satisfaction, and successful handover. Key Responsibilities: Attend project handovers from Sales and take full ownership of delivery

You will need be to be a proven Project Manager with strong AV experience • A good understanding of relevant AV equipment to include Digital Video, Projection Systems, Control Systems, DSP’s, Audio Systems, Large format displays/video walls, Conferencing Solutions, Unified Comms, Security, Lighting and BMS.

You will work closely with clients, project managers, installers, naval architects, interior designers, and shipyards to deliver robust, intuitive, and future-proof solutions. This is a senior, hands-on design role requiring strong technical expertise, excellent documentation skills, and a deep understanding of luxury client expectations.

You should have experience as a principal engineer in consultancy, design and implementation, with a strong understanding of local regulations and industry best practices, looking to aid in the development of a specialist Cyber Security specialist offering.
