The role demands strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage mechanical aspects of projects from design through to completion.

You will provide technical and subject matter expertise on marine HVAC systems and components, ship design specifications, heating and cooling load calculations, duct pressure loss calculations, equipment and duct sizing calculations, controls philosophies, etc. Develop HVAC system designs and prepares detailed design drawings in collaboration with the client.

You will ensure that our products, processes, and projects not only meet but exceed internal standards and customer expectations.

You will oversee quality control processes and work on meaningful projects that directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our energy systems.

You will spearhead the integration of AI-driven analytics and condition-based monitoring (CBM) to deliver a predictive and proactive maintenance programme. By leveraging real-time data and advanced diagnostics, you’ll identify asset performance trends, reduce reactive interventions, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

You will be providing technical support for the teams that have a focus on testing within the Verification and Validation stage of the Engineering Lifecycle.

You will lead in a one-team culture while actively contributing to your own skills and experience. Your role will be key in supporting the Contracts Manager to achieve the outcomes of the project.
