You will be responsible for gaining new distribution opportunities by building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers within the independent convenience retail & wholesale sector, as well as driving range expansion and brand presence within retailers who already stock IVG.

You will be responsible for working with flooring contractors, flooring distributors, carpet retailers, main contractors, architects and specifiers to ensure that business is won at specification stage or products are offered as “equally approved” by Flooring Contractors/ Main Contractors.

You will be the internal authority on age restricted sales, ensuring every colleague is trained and every store is prepared for test purchases.

You will represent the business at hearings and mediation meetings.

You will be a risk specialist who understands that compliance is the foundation of our profitability.

You will take full ownership of our CMMS (Holistech), turning raw data into actionable insights. You’ll introduce the predictive and preventative measures that ensure sustainable, optimum performance.

You will develop our Engineering Management Teams, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.

You will confidently lead the critical path to ensure timely delivery of samples and take full accountability for the Womenswear product development from initial concept through to final product ensuring alignment with seasonal trends and brand direction.
