You will play an active part in organising and delivering patient care within the Operating Theatre, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment with the multi-disciplinary team across the department and Independent Health Group. You will ideally have proven experience of working in an administration setting, and have the ability to organise and prioritise yours and other's workloads. Healthcare experience will be a real advantage.

You will manage the accounts for the care home and be responsible for communicating accurate information to the Finance Department at month-end and as required. The ability to prioritise tasks and maintain a flexible approach is vital. Previous experience of office administration work, invoicing, bookkeeping, and payroll is essential.

You must be flexible, and have the ability to manage deadlines and meet SLAs - Be able to multitask and learn/use multiple systems - You have a passion for problem solving and a keen attention to detail - Have excellent time management and organisational skills - Demonstrable IT Literacy with experience or the desire to work with Excel
