Bar Manager jobs in Lancaster

You will lead, train, support, and motivate staff while ensuring excellent service standards for residents, holidaymakers, and visitors.

You will implement processes and procedures to ensure smooth and profitable operation of the bar and related facilities. Key Responsibilities

You will ensure that your designated units are set up to maximise all revenue opportunities whilst controlling costs in line with targets along with making sure that the atmosphere and the customer service is befitting the standards expected of you.

You will manage a team of staff and be responsible for their training and development within department guidelines

You will strive to maximise every opportunity to improve park and business performance whilst leading, training, supporting and motivating staff members to deliver outstanding customer service to owners, holidaymakers and guests.

You will initiate, implement and monitor processes and procedures to ensure the effective operation of the restaurant.

You will also develop specialist industry knowledge, enabling you to strengthen your sales portfolio within the company. This role would suit someone with a background in business-to-business sales, closing deals, or similar, looking for a new role with the potential to earn uncapped commission.

You will be expected to participate on the Consultant On Call rota, for which additional remuneration will be paid. Main duties of the job

You will be leading an MDT supported by junior doctors, nursing staff, operational managers, clinical psychologists, social workers, pharmacists and OTs.

You will have experience of working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation. A natural talent and passion for hospitality and an amazing people manager with a flair for talent spotting. Extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles.
