You will need to be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in the subject area, a minimum of 3 years’ experience gained within the Beauty industry and some teaching, training or assessing experience in the area of Beauty Therapy.

You will have a safeguarding responsibility if appointed.

You will also work collaboratively and innovatively with managers and colleagues to design, develop manager and review programmes in the curriculum area.

You will also ensure that student needs are met in a responsive way in line with the concept of inclusive learning.

You should be educated to at least Level 3 standard in Beauty Therapy and hold Level 2 literacy and numeracy.

You will be expected to create effective and stimulating learning opportunities for all students through high quality teaching, learning and assessment.

You will deliver teaching and learning on all levels, from Level 1 through to level 3, and offer current and relevant industry/practitioner skills.
