You will take ownership of a varied mentoring caseload, including: - Creating positive, trusting mentoring relationships that inspire change. - Guiding and coaching individuals through their personal goals and challenges. - Supporting behaviour change through encouragement, motivation, and regular structured contact.

You must be experienced and knowledgeable with helping to regulate the pupil when they become overstimulated or dysregulated and have knowledge of techniques that can be used to stimulate the pupil during their learning.
