You will be required to implement behaviour strategies, provide 1:1 and small group support and assist with de-escalation and crisis management when required. Team Teach or restraint training is essential for this role. The successful Behaviour Mentor will be resilient, proactive and experienced working in high-pressure environments such as PRUs or AP settings.

You will work closely with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, delivering targeted behaviour interventions and supporting students to remain engaged in learning.

You will collaborate with teachers, pastoral teams, and SEN staff to promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
