Behaviour Support Assistant jobs in Croydon

You will help create a calm, structured learning environment and support pupils in developing positive behaviour and social skills.

You will be responsible for working as part of a team to promote positive communication and personalised support. Therefore, enabling the individual to achieve their hopes, goals and aspirations, maximising the individual's quality of life, lead to learning and minimising their behaviours of concern.

You will manage and key-work a caseload, supporting individuals to move forward, build independence, and re-engage with their communities.

You will complete assessments, support inductions into services, and work closely with clients to agree clear support plans and measurable goals.
