You will be responsible for developing and implementing personalised behaviour support plans, providing one‐on‐one mentoring, and facilitating group sessions to promote positive behaviour and social skills.

You should be empathetic, patient, and able to build strong relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.

You will work as part of a dedicated team delivering a 24-hour service, 365 days a year, supporting customers to develop daily living skills, maintain their wellbeing, and access education, leisure, and community opportunities.

You will ideally be experienced in supporting disabled adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives.
