Unit Leadership: Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management and strategic development of the Behaviour Unit, ensuring a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.

You will be working in a 1 to 1 capacity with students who have complex emotional and behavioural needs and will also have opportunities to be involved in small group sessions. These students are disengaged from mainstream education, have various additional needs and often come from traumatic backgrounds.

You will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check VR/(phone number removed) IND-SEN

You will teach small classes of pupils aged 11–16 (Year 7–Year 11), adapting lessons to meet individual needs and using strong behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
