You will be required to implement behaviour strategies, provide 1:1 and small group support and assist with de-escalation and crisis management when required. Team Teach or restraint training is essential for this role. The successful Behaviour Mentor will be resilient, proactive and experienced working in high-pressure environments such as PRUs or AP settings.

You will deliver targeted interventions, support pupils during transitions and moments of dysregulation, model positive behaviour and work closely with teachers to promote consistency across the school day. The ideal candidate will be calm, resilient and skilled at building trusting relationships to help pupils thrive academically and socially.
