You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

The working hours for this role are 08:30 – 16:30 Monday to Wednesday and 08:30 – 15:00 on Thursdays and Fridays.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary service supporting people with learning disabilities with care and support needs.

You will be expected to work with autonomy managing a complex workload.
