You will be part of a small team of childcare professionals, promoting a love of learning. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in early childhood education.

You will be working with children with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language needs, sensory processing disorders, physical disabilities and communication difficulties.

You will help identify triggers and barriers to learning, as well as implementing your knowledge of psychological theory and apply it in the classroom.

You will support people through an outreach approach in addressing their substance needs. We are looking for an energetic and confident self-starter, you have a qualification in health/social care, youth and community work (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or above, DipSW, Mental Health Nursing, Counselling, Addiction Studies).

You will work closely with class teachers, the SENDCo and other professionals to ensure our pupils receive personalised, inclusive and nurturing support both in and out of the classroom. Your Key Responsibilities: * Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEND. Work as a whole classroom assistant to support the teacher.

You will use these practices daily to support each persons unique needs. Your training will help you become confident in using PBS strategies to create a safe, caring, and supportive environment.

You will be required to work a mix of early and late shifts, some weekends and some bank holidays.
