You will need to have a good understanding of the wide range of challenges experienced by secondary school students but in particular the problems that our most vulnerable students face.

You will work closely with the Inclusion Team and the Vice Principal Deep Support on intervention strategies to support the academic achievement of all students.

You will get to know each of the 4 people we will support, find out their interests and help them with any anxieties as they transition into their new home.

You will be a safe and reassuring presence for them, offering comfort, familiarity and encouragement at a time when it is most needed.
